The traffic signal camera for westbound 55th Street before MLK Jr Way is not giving bicycle traffic a green light.

Usually the signal timing gives a left turn phase for northbound MLK traffic a green light onto westbound 55th if there are any cars in that lane, before turning green for westbound 55th if any traffic is detected there. However, while I was waiting at westbound 55th Street on my bicycle last Thursday (11/19/2015) at 9pm the left turning traffic got their green light but it was not followed by a green for 55th, which means that I was skipped. Some drivers pulled up next to me after that, and then the left turn phase for MLK was followed by a green phase for 55th at that time.

I don't seem to have any similar issue being detected going eastbound on 55th, it's only the westbound direction that is problematic.
