Aggressive homeless people commonly use this talk patch on the block to sleep and shoot up. Two new mattresses have been propped up against the wall and the start spot for the retracting vagrants sleeping here. Trimming the trees would lighten the spot and allow the streetlight to illuminate the sidewalk.
