Description

All street lights are out on Bradford Street and on Jefferson where it intersects Marshall, Bradford and Veterans. It is so dark, cars cannot see pedestrians walking. It has been over a week. Now that it is darker earlier it is dangerous to walk because traffic speeds by on Jefferson.
