Description
It would be wise to remove the left turn lane at the intersection of Washington and New Washington (heading away from Sullivan to Union). Traffic is starting to become quite heavy heading this way and the merge between all incoming cars is now happening under the bridge. Plus, who actually needs a special lane to turn left there???
