Many traffic lights in Torrington could be changed to blinking lights after business hours. This is only one example of several in town. Someone from City's Public Works Dept should fix all of them. It's annoying and wastes gas to sit at a red light when no one is coming in the opposite direction.

I'm not sure the light should be there in the first place but it certainly should be on caution when the post office is closed.

That light dose flash when it's late at night,that Whole Street is a Nightmare if u need to goto Aldis or Walgreen's & U can't get in & it's a pain to get out,I often wind up going -w- the flow of traffic in opposite Dir needed so I can turn around anywhere I can it's that bad & go in an off time of the day helps somewhat too.
