Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations found on this property at this time. The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.
You mean it is legal to just old dump tires and old furniture in alleyways to promote mosquitos and stray animals or rodents??
I've called the city for pick up as well
The request for bulk pick up has been noted by inspector; the incorrect address was entered initially. The correct address is 2910 Griffin Ave., which has bulk pickup requested. Inspectors can only cite property owners where refuse accumulation is located since they have no idea who put debris in alley.
There are several house along this alleyway w/ large debris behind spanning the whole 2900 block btwn Brookland & Essex.
Will they pick up other items in alleyway?
