Entire drain is buried under many inches of dirt. Large pool of water here after last rain. Related new drain outlet five feet away is filled to about two feet below grate. The main drain needs something permanent to keep sand and dirt from flowing downhill over it. There had been a curb protecting more of it, but it was removed for safety reasons when the ugly metal bar fence in that area was removed.
