Not sure but it might need to be fixed.

Awesome so on 11/17/2015 the Mayor's office sent it to the Engineering Department, who has probably turfed it off to some other department. Which either way the Mayor's office will not follow up with. The crack/hole has not been fixed as of yet. Hope they forward it to the legal department because if someone has an accident that was caused by the deficient sidewalk they can not say they were not informed.

121 days and still not resolved. What is the next step? Or is it a fall and a lawsuit?

HERE IT IS FEBRUARY 2018. MANY CHILDREN HAVE TRIPPED WHILE RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE STREET. WHEN WILL THIS GET FIXED. HOPEFULLY BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY INJURED.
