Back in the day when I dropped by daughter off to school, I would make it a point to find a parking spot a few blocks away if needed, exactly for this reason. (being a working parent, I had to take her to school in the morning) I understand we can not let our young children walk alone, and parents need to get to work, but I also don't understand how inconsiderate and lazy some parents can be, when they double park, block intersections and just letting their kids out. I personally think the police should do more to enforce traffic laws. Maybe if a police officer were patrolling the schools in the am and pm, more parents/drivers would obey traffic laws. Not forgetting that maybe you need to get out of your driveway.

Still no change cars park where they want this is every day just before 3pm when the kids are getting ready to get out of school. It's seem like it's all good till somebody gets hurt.

I see this at all the schools and day cars. why cant the police patrol heavily before and after school
