Community Development will have this location checked for violations of the ordinances we enforce.

At this time, there are mitigating legal factors with regards to the property. Community Development and other city departments are diligently working for a resolve to this situation. Thank you for your patience with regards to this issue.

Thanks for the update! I see the open garages have been boarded up - Thanks! Getting behind the buildings still offer good hiding places but it's hardly worth adding a gate when the 5-year plan is to level it and make a park. My end game here is obviously to expedite the park project :-)
