Hello city of Oakland, wake up and come up with a solution to the homeless. They need guidelines on where they can and cannot set up their camps.. This is out of control. If they choose to live on the streets than they need to do it somewhere, where its not making it unsafe for all. Why are they above the laws?

I have not driven by after the Emeryville-Oakland sweep. Monday morning there were dump trucks, 50 police officers, Public Works employees clearing the area. I know the displaced homeless are now roaming the shopping areas, Target, Toys R Us, Michaels, Home Depot and Nordstrom Rack. Watch your belongings, don't leave anything in your car within visual sight.

Thanks for the info. Doesn't sound good if they are roaming behind these stores.
