This section of Knorr St was closed yesterday for a block party but no clean up was done. There is trash everywhere. They did the same thing last year and neglected to clean. How do they keep getting a permit for this?

Simply they don't. I also placed a comment below. No permit was aquired. Not this year not last year. If you look a the people hosting this unsponsered event. It the same people who cause most of the rowedyness in the neighborhood for years. The drug dealers, and the trouble makers. We need more people to stand up and notify the authorities. It appears that more people are recognizing the local problems, now we need to report.

If no permit was given, how are they allowed to put yellow tape up to block the road??? Isn't that illegal?? Does this mean the next time these "people" close the street, the cops should be notified??
