Description

The traffic signal at this intersection of Townsend Ave and Forbes Ave is not working correctly. The left turn signals in both direction are working but the lights for traffic to go straight through the intersection are not working. It takes several 3-4 cycles before you get a green light. Traffic is getting backed up in the morning and evening.
