A lake appears on Walker Street after every thunderstorm that blocks an entire traffic lane for a length of about seven vehicles. It also blocks the sidewalk in its entirety and the land next to the sidewalk into the property. Improper drainage that is a safety hazard to pedestrians and drivers.
