Description
Signs for FLOODING and pylons cover the road shoulder, blocking bicycle access and forcing bikes into heavy high speed car traffic. The road is not flooded and has not been for more than a week. This problem repeats after every rain. Please remove the signs after the road drains so bikes are not forced into the road.
