Description

This is getting weird. I reported this out of order streetlight yesterday (15-00313598). When I walked by it yesterday just after dark the fixture appeared different and the light was on - much brighter and whiter than the other street lamps in the neighborhood. But when I walked by it again around 9 PM it was off!
