I would like to know if it is ok that a person having a blue tag and the designated spot to park its car doesn't use it, instead he/she parks somewhere else in the street and the parking spot that is designated is not use at all the days there is street cleaning, I believe if this person have the blue tag is because he/she really needs it, not just because they want to have reserved spot and don't use it so the next day he/she doesn't have to go out and move the car so they don't get a ticket. We already know its a huge problem to find parking spaces at night in Kearny that this person takes another spot to park a car when they already have a spot for themselves, I would be more than happy to park in that space and wake up the next day and move my car for street cleaning than have to park my car 2 blocks away from where I live.
