Description

There continues to be trash through out the property. along property line, along back of garage and side and along property line in back on home and behind home. They also do not take care of the small area between my house and there's. weeds are now very tall and critters live in their garbage. please resolve this issue soon.

Now part of his fence in the backyard has fallen onto my property. AND there is still a non working car parked in his driveway WITH trash all around it... Please resolve this issue - been going on over 30 days.

Code Compliance set a letter to the property owner on November 11th. The owner has seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code Compliance will reinspect and if not taken care the City will have their contractor do so.

well, it's past the date AGAIN. The trash remains there (although they keep adding to it) since last months incident report. But the make shift fence has fallen down now and in my yard. This owner is a continuing problem on his upkeep of his yard. It is beginning to affect property values.

He said he was in yard working on clean up as we spoke by phone. He has 2013 tax due by 3.31.16 to prevent foreclosure. I will work with him if he can start making payments. Currently on unemployment, looking or job. Go out and introduce yourself.

he still has "junk" in front of his garage along with a car that is junk. Not sure what he plans on doing with it, but..... he has cleaned up the backyard and fence. thank you.
