Description

Last Renter took garbage cart and it hasn't been replaced in year. I have called several times and been told their were no carts but I see some houses with two. I had to buy a little one until yaw could get some. I pay taxes like everybody else. I think yaw should give me a break on my bill for not furnessing a cart
