Description

The Ped heads to cross edenton street in the AM are once again operating incorrectly. The count down begins well before it should, showing the white walk symbol for only a few seconds. This was recently fixed but is once again operating incorrectly.

A. Pedestrian
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. Ped head timing is off in the AM again
