Description

Sprinklers are running after & during rain. Not just once or twice, it is a handful of times. I also believe their watering stations are set for 10-15 minutes. I am able to drive my children to school and return home all the while the same front area is being watered. This picture was taken this morning.. It rained last night & the night before...

I don't think it is a timer but a leak on Payette Circle. Water runs down the street 24 hours.
