Description
The right-hand turn lane from Old Lead Mine onto Monument Rd is now gone! Coming up Monument and turning Left onto Old Lead Mine used to use that right-turn lane to inch up and see oncoming traffic. Can't see the oncoming traffic to make a left turn.

It is much better.
The big bush has been cut down (unfortunately, but needed in the name of safety).
You can see a bit more, but because of the curve in the road, and the hill
on the right where the bush was cut down, you still can't see well (especially in a low car) before making a left turn.
Perhaps the hill needs to be shaved down some.
Also, what will happen when shoots grow out of the bush root stubs that are left?
If the roots aren't removed, cutting down the shoots will be a bi-annual job.

Clearing the area BEFORE the stop sign will not solve the problem.

The problem is once you stop at the intersection, and try to turn Left,
you have to look right first.
However, at the Stop sign, you cannot see to the right.
A regular, low lying car, needs to inch into the middle of the oncoming lane in order to see to the right.
