The vehicle is parked too far away from the curb ( illegally parked).
Cars plates might be stolen , check the ignition etc..

We have issued multiple citations to this vehicle and as a result the owner contacted the department informing us that they are new residents and are in the process of registering the vehicle, which does have a current/valid NY state In-Transit temporary registration displayed. The vehicle does have a plate and is not unregistered or stolen. Thank you for your help in addressing this issue.
