444 Hudson regularly (weekends) hosts large parties with 150-200 people. The smoke detectors in the house have been removed by the students, the floor boards in the attic (where the parties occur) are structurally unsafe, there is no lighting in the rear stairwell leading to the attic and the situation is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. The attic is set up like a night club with numerous fire safety hazards and it's a miracle the floor hasn't collapsed yet with the number of people that are packed in on the weekends. APD has been called to the house numerous times since September of this year.
