Description

Heading east bound on 9 mile, the left turn light is a solid red while on coming traffic has green. Once on coming traffic stops, the left turn light only stays green for about 3 cars to drive through. It used to be a blinking yellow while on coming traffic had a green light, this would allow for vehicles to turn when there where no oncoming vehicles.
