Description

I live on Zappulla Drive and I go for walks almost daily. When I do there is always a tractor parked in the road on Lawrence Lane. I thought there were laws against parking tractors in residential areas. It is very unsafe and hard to see around which could easily cause an accident. Especially considering that I often see children playing in the area.
