Description
Horrible blighted property
Situation is years old.
Shame
Shame of Oakland
Shame on the owners. This could have been a nice Queen Anne house for someone.
Work has stopped on the multi use building next door.
This is right next to a Daycare center

Or
is the owner hoping it becomes so blighted that the city will pay to tear it down then the owner can sell the land to a developer?
This is all too common, and I wish our local government would pay attention...
