Description

The intersection light at Cutting Blvd and Canal Blvd does not turn green when on bike heading west on Cutting Blvd and turning left (south) on Canal. I have waited through 3+ light cycles multiple times and ultimately been forced to proceed through the red light. This is a busy intersection that I commute through daily by bike.
