Has this poor dog been helped? This issue has been viewed over 140 times, which is great that there are all those caring people watching this.
What is Pace Int'l? Has the animal officer or a rescue been contacted, and if so, what happened?

Pace International has been contacted. They own the property and should have begun lease enforcement. It would seem they have not taken any action. To-date, the owner of the pet takes the pet in the house intermittently and the same for tying it up to that same run as in the report. Except a run is not defined as four feet of wire for a large breed dog. The dog is also outside on the hottest of days. The next time I see it I will contact AC immediately. It can be hit or miss.

Thanks GreenSoundsGood for checking on that poor dog again. I'd rather see animal control contacted so the dog doens't 'disappear' if the landlord comes down on the tenant if they don't allow dogs on the property.
In any event, if the dog is removed for any reason, it is vitally important she/he goes to a NO-KILL shelter or rescue.
PLEASE keep in mind people -- if a so-called 'shelter' does NOT specify they are no-kill, any dog dropped there has a slim chance to none at all. Stats shows approximately 90% of dogs at animal control and shelters throughout the country are killed, and some are neglected before adopted -- IF they are lucky enough to be adopted, or neglected and then killed, OFTEN INHUMANELY BY PEOPLE WHO AREN'T TRAINED/AUTHORIZED.

For the last couple weeks, I have not seen the dog outside suffering in the heat. I hope this remains closed.
