-Do the containers have lids?
-Has the area been yellow taped by the fire department?
-Has any paint leaked on to the street?

I do not know if the paint buckets are empty or not. I do not want to touch them to find out. Two paint containers. One has a lid. No paint has leaked onto street as of the last time I was there three days ago. I thought these items would have been picked up by now. Thanks.
