Maybe if your neighbor was approached with a bit more of a nicer demeaner then he wouldnt be so standoffish...but when you approach him with a nasty attitude...he is completely unwilling to listen to what you have to say...just sayin

Thank you for contacting the Office of Community Development. You might also try contacting the North Central District Health Department at 860-745-0383. Our office is required to take certain information for all Housing and Property Maintenance compliances. As of June 20, 2012 all complaints regarding Housing and Property Maintenance must be accompanied with an offical Housing & Property Maintenance complaint form. The form can be obtain on the Town's website on the Community Development homepage or by clicking on the following link:

The form can be completed and submited directly online.
The Property Maintenance Ordinance does not require the Town to investigate anonymous complaints. All form will be retained at the Office of Community Development at 100 High Street.

How was this closed? There is still debris from one end of the yard to the other (front and back). They've piled huge mounds of brush against their neighbors fence line and the car port is still a disgrace. Just because its better, doesn't make it fixed.
