The sprinklers in the Edith St. Park continue to water the mulched trees at 6:30 AM.

Because of the current and recent rainy weather, combined with the reduced need of water in the deciduous trees, the ground is already saturated. The irrigation is just soaking the field (muddy mess!) and draining down the sidewalk and leading to a lot of water runoff into the street.
