We have evaluated the issue and determined that the damage area is part of the driveway apron and would be the responsibility of the property owners to maintain. The damage to the part of the driveway was caused by the City of VB. About two years ago the city had to make repairs to the sewer line from the clean out to the roadway. The broke the corner of the driveway and removed a section of the curb to make repairs. You can tell where the curb and drain was replaced. The roadway was recently paved and before that you would have seen the patch job on the asphalt. The city needs to take care of the cracked portion of the driveway since they are the ones who damaged the driveway,

The driveway apron would be the responsibility of the property owners to maintain.
