Description

Lake Milo water level has been dropping for some days now.
I heard from a neighbour that the lake was being dropped to work on the dam. He heard it on CJLS. I do not listen to CJLS, so I had no idea.

I called the town yesterday about this, but they could not give me any information about the water levels and timelines for the repairs. They could only confirm that the lake was being dropped to do work on the dam.

I have looked on the town's website, including the "Project Status Map" page, but there is absolutely no information regarding this half million dollar project.

As this project affects so many people, it would be nice to see some detailed information.

How long will it be drained?
Will they be using a coffer dam so they can fill the lake back up again while they repair the dam? If so, when will the coffer dam be completed?
How low will will the water go?
What is the timeline for the project?
...

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot. They also told me they don't make rain, so they don't know when the lake will come back up. So, where does rain come from? Please enlighten me.
