Muni code 9.08.160 Sitting or lying on the streets or sidewalks, 9.08.170 Obstructing pedestrians, Littering, illegal dumping, stolen property and I have yet to see one of these camps that is not violating 9.08.180 Alcoholic beverages on public streets or on adjacent private property. Fine them or give them community service. If they find out the have to give back to the community though service they will leave. STOP THE FREE RIDE.
