Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Almost every day almost every weekend extremely loud music plays in n the back of this residence and everyone in the surrounding neighborhood has to hear this. 911 calls are made every time this happens but you have to keep calling them and listen to this for about 2 or 3 hours till they come and tell them to shut it off. People cannot enjoy peace and quiet with this music. My windows are all closed I can still hear it. It ranges from Latin to offensive rap music
