Description

A guy who owns a cabinet company recently purchased this property. He has been painting and redoing things on the building. Conveniently on Friday at 5pm he put a huge pipe in the ditch and poured fill dirt and cement on both sides of this plastic pipe. I called the police and they spoke with him and he stated he was coming in Monday to get a permit to fill the ditch and make a drive way over it. My biggest concern here is first the ditch. about a year ago now they came out and redug all these ditches and it did not solve the drainage problems. The pipes that are in place are blocked. So one ditch will hold water, one will flow. I spoke with the guy digging the ditches and he said he would put in a work order to have the pipes "blown out" Nobody ever came out and to this day the drain problem exists. Now this guy is putting this pipe near another...but not officially connected. Half the dirt has fill the would be flow through the two pipes. My second biggest concern and Im not sure who to address this to so hopefull as your reading this you can offer a helping hand. i have lived on this street for over 20 years and as far as I remember the businesses here were not allowed to use our street, 52nd Ave North for commercail use. The guy stated that he wanted to fill the ditch in. Make an opening in his fence. And have a parking lot that was accessible only through 52nd Ave North. How can I get clarification if this is allowed or not? I work Mon- Thursday 8-530, Friday 8-1pm, If you have any info to provide or the status of this complaint please call me on my cell phone 727-710-5245 anytime and leave as detailed of a voice message you can. Thank you!! Kim
