Description
The pedestrian signal at the corner of south frontage road and york st at the hospital delivery entrance is not facing the crosswalk. It looks like a delivery truck hit the pedestrian signal and now faces north on south frontage road. It makes crossing the street safely very difficult on a very dangerous road.
