every morning and evening cars and trucks illegally park on the water street bridge SIDEWALK, sometimes half on half off. This is a homeland security issue as this is a federal waterway. There is no street or sidewalk parking. This should be looked at by the state police and department of homeland security - as bridges and underpasses are protected under federal homeland security law.
