There is a 9new) used car lot at the intersection of 42nd ave n and 28th street. The car lot parks a vehicle every day on the 30' right-of-way at that intersection to sell and call attention to their wares. The vehicle placed on the RoW never has a plate attached. Using public land like that is illegal sans special permission from the County. So is parking a MV sans plates on public land. Sheriff doesn't seem interested in enforcing the law even though they have been called several times on this issue. Thought you might.wish to address the problem.
