Description

I walk my grandson to Montclair elementary school walking down thornhill crossing mountain Blvd, then up mountain to the school. There are numerous issues first crossing thornhill the cars are speeding, I have to wait while three cars sped pass me while I was in the crosswalk trying to cross. Then I have to walk outside in the road as I approach Mountain with cars speeding by. Then the traffic light at mountain and thorn hill does not work correctly. Then walking up mountain the sidewalk is asphalt and VERY uneven. I need to also say the bike lane while line on Thornhill is not readable or it has been so long since it was painted that has just faded away. Additionally some drivers seem to think Thornhill is a race track at all hours,days and night. Also there is no sidewalk from Thornhill elementary down to mountain with children walking down Thornhill as well as walking up Thornhill to that school. These conditions need to be corrected
