At 9:30 PM 10-16-2015 a large group of young juvenile delinquents have been in Chatham Square Park Neighborhood SMASHING residents car windows with large tree branches that have fallen from Citys Trees & were used to do the vandalism to cars, & while fleeing up Clinton Ave. towards Grand they were also seen destroying residents fences, throwing trash bins & disturbing community.
The City Of New Haven needs to ENFORCE THE CURFEW @ the Chatham Square Park at Dusk, so that the residents living around this continual nusiance park with the daily loitering contributing to the destruction may have some type of Quality Of Life around there homes.
