This work is currently in progress however standard replacement policy for speed limit signs and neighborhood watch signs are placed at speed transition areas entrances to neighborhood. This policy will be followed during this process. Thank you for your follow up

Basically, they like to just close the work order before it is actually completed. It makes the problem magically go away!!!!!!
