Description

As the Person Street Business district and Oakdale Neighborhood continues to thrive we are requiring some additional no parking signs to remind folks to not park too close to intersections to make it safe for others turning on narrow streets with limited line of sight.

1. Person Street and East Franklin St Intersection. At times, it can be dangerous making a right hand turn onto East Franklin from N Person Street heading east bound when a vehicle parks to close to the intersection.

2. Holden Street and Bloodworth. Heading west bound on Holden Street, it can be hard to make a right or left hand turn onto Bloodworth with vehicles parked on either side near the T-bone intersection.

Several of the intersection in this same exact business district or neighborhood district have existing no parking signs near intersections, but these couple spots appear to be missing.

Please see diagram.
