Cars are parked ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD at the very end of 154th Ave where it intersects with SE Stark St. making it very dangerous to turn onto 154th from Stark. It also makes it nearly impossible to emergency vehicles in ingress. The cats are beaters with temp registration - either used to chop parts or sell as used. one side blocks the stop sign. Get them out of here!
