Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When they have responded I will update this issue.

Inspector is requesting legal research about property owner before initiating case. Condition of house’s structure is due to vehicle striking garage. Will update once more information is available.

Closed City of Raleigh
The owners are awaiting an insurance settlement. Our inspectors are following up and will track this to make sure it gets resolved, but we've given them more time to comply because of the pending insurance claim
