Call Evan Trachten at LCI, he should know. He got someone to finally cut the overgrowth back from the last 2 seasons (years) and unfortunately it exposed all the litter form that time period. I would volunteer to help clean it up with any other help if we could get the City to cart it away.

I believe the private property lines comes all the way down to the street, so technically the owners are responsible. There are five owners whose properties include the hillside - three homeowners, BEKI, and the Church of Scientology, which owns the old Hallock's building. Let's discuss at CMT about how to approach it. That hillside is quite steep and the street is dangerous as we all know, so any kind of clean-up is going to have to be very mindful of doing it safely.
