I know of at least one call to animal control. I do not know if the police have been called.

I have forwarded this to Ring Dog Rescue, making an assumption about what kind of dogs these are, and an Officer from RACC has responded. Hopefully these dogs will be in better conditions shortly.

Thanks. I am very grateful as I'm sure the dogs will be. Actually there seems to be a mix...one of which, a young shepherd cross, jumped the fence some months ago to take a walk with me and my dog. I don't think he ever went 'home' again.
