When digging up road to repave, they dug up my pipes that go across my front yard. My gutters go down into pipes that are under my front yard and sidewalk. I spoke to the supervisor and he said,"ya we didn't know the pipes were there when they dug". He told me that he has to find out from the city whats going on and right now were not getting along.
