Description

This pothole is likely the result of long-term pavement settlement and failure evidenced by the transverse dip/bump directly north. The dip has been slow enough to develop so as to have existed since before the last crack-seal application. Settlement could possibly be due to a slightly open sanitary or storm sewer joint.
